To perform the Service, mindlabz will act as an intermediary to submit your details to the third-party supplier. You authorize us to act on your behalf to initiate the process with the selected third-party supplier, which may involve:

  • Contacting the third-party supplier on your behalf to submit your application details;
  • Requesting data or information from your existing supplier to facilitate a switch or transfer;
  • Receiving communications from the third-party supplier regarding your application status; and
  • Providing you with updates or confirmations regarding your application.

4.7 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process any application if we suspect that the information provided is fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete.
